Take in spectacular vistas from almost every room in this home and soak up the sunshine in the summer outside on your expansive, furnished deck. If you want to get away and explore the area, you'll find a number of phenomenal attractions nearby including hot springs, parks, and hiking trails along with the Ironbridge Golf Club, Blue Sky Rafting, the Arts Campus at Willits, and several ski resorts, all within 40 miles of your door.

Inside, prep quick snacks or full-course meals in the well-equipped, island kitchen and then dine indoors or out on the deck where you'll also find tables, chairs, a fire table, and two gas grills ready for family cookouts! After meals, kick back in the main living area where you'll find a towering, wood-burning fireplace, a soaring ceiling, multiple windows, and accommodating seating. An adjacent living area includes a TV, media library, wet bar with a microwave and mini-fridge, all with solar electrical system, and a table and chairs for meals or rainy day board games. When you're craving some friendly competition, make your way downstairs to the game room and meet up at the bumper pool and foosball tables.

For sleeping options, choose from seven comfortable bedrooms spread out over all three levels including a top-floor main room with en suite bath and a lower-level, kid-friendly bunkroom.

Additional features and amenities include a large selection of books for lazy afternoons, a piano, desks and chairs for remote work or schooling, and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light and keep your laundry under control during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
