"Drove for 3 hours with my family only to find that our cabin was double booked! I went to the Inn across the street and found out they were the one who owned the cabins. The lady was super apologetic and booked me and my family a room for the night. Vrbo was supposed to refund me the difference, but they have not so far. I will be checking in about that. Unfortunately, this was my first experience with Vrbo"
