「We stayed a week at this lovely condo that was exactly as pictured and described. We were glad it also had very comfortable bedding and furniture. The unit is located in a quiet location within the condo complex. The balcony/outdoor space is fresh, pretty and comfortable. It overlooks the complex’s smaller pool and courtyard. The morning sun rises over the mountains and is a pretty view from the unit’s outdoor space. We LOVED the 3rd floor for privacy and quiet—especially since neighboring units...

「We would absolutely would stay at this lovely place again. First class kitchen and appliances, contemporary, thoughtful decor, best views of the sunrise ever from all spaces (even the bedroom!). Fountain Hills and Maricopa County trails were close by and made for super exploring close to home.」

「I never rented anywhere where there wasn’t a toaster or coffeemaker other than a Keurig. Host was very prompt in furnishing extra pods for the Keurig. The floor was not clean as if you went barefoot your feet were black on the bottoms. The kitchen only had one teaspoon in the silverware drawer, only one dish towel, clock on wall did not work. If you wanted to hand wash a couple dishes there was not stopper for the kitchen sink.」
