"I stayed on a Saturday night. The decor is a little dated but the room was very comfy and clean. The breakfast was great and the lady that served us was hilarious. I would definitely stay here again. Just to bear in mind that there are no lifts so you would need to be able to deal with stairs if you stay here. "

"I can honestly say everything was perfect with the room, it was beautiful, clean, all the amenities you needed was there, front of house was well mannered and polite when we arrived. I had requested for room to be decorated alittle special as it was our anniversary, and my request was granted so if you do want to stay somewhere and make it special always ask they are happy to help. Only one slight problem with the room is the noise level from other rooms, you were able to hear walking around, flushing of chain, water running,wasn’t a major issue but it did wake us up earlier than we wanted. We had an evening meal there, unfortunately my only negative that they had ran out of a starter i was looking forward to trying. I feel maybe a few more options would of been nice on the menu. We forgot to pay for breakfast on the morning so unfortunately we can’t comment on that. The staff in the bar were friendly and chatty which was nice. We have said we would love to stay here again. "

"There are shops near by and wifi is good, shower is excellent. Wasn't happy leaving my Van in public carpark as the property has no parking."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was really good. Room too warm for us personally even with window open. Bathroom fixtures (bath/shower fittings) could do with being updated/modernised. Overall pleasant stay. "

"We just had a standard double room, I was suprised how nice it was for the price. The hotel itself is lovely, such a beautiful place. There are a few animals outside to feed, an outdoor bar area. The bar inside is great and reasonably priced. The food is AMAXING "
