"Absolutely magical, pictures of the place are fabulous but it's even better in person, lots of butterflies (it's the start of the annual Monarch migration) and ducks and canadian geese feeding in the water, even saw a bevy of about 10 white swans a couple of days . . the cabin is well equipped for cooking with everything needed for any cooking project, main bedroom was very comfortable with great pillows and sheets, bathroom was great. Sitting outside on the deck or by the firepit was so relaxing and peaceful watching the lake. I am 80 and grew up just down the road when I was a teenager so I really enjoyed being back by the lake. Just a great place overall, was spotlessly clean, a great communicating host and we will definitely be returning to this cabin."

"Our grandkids ages 8 thru 11 loved the indoor pool with slide. Our assigned room was just outside the entrance to the pool which made in great for grandpa and grandma. The staff was very helpful at check in and helped us with features in the pool area. The breakfast was well staffed with good choices."

"We nice. Short walk to water. I just wished it wasn't so rocky & the Canadian fires kept us inside the last day. No fault of host!!We lost power the first night & the host brought over water. Again, mother nature...a storm came out of nowhere & took lines down.Electricity back on in 6 hours"

"This home was extremely clean and set up perfectly for our extended weekend stay. The location is incredibly convenient—close to local stores, restaurants, downtown, and just minutes from our events at Ludington Park, the beach, and the Yacht Club.The kitchen was a standout feature, giving us plenty of space to prepare our dishes for a family reunion as well as daily breakfasts for the adults and grandchildren. All three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having quick access to the laundry room was a great perk. We especially loved relaxing on the front porch swing with morning coffee and in the evening. Being right off M-35 wasn't an issue at all—you barely notice any traffic noise.Craig was an awesome host who responded promptly to all of our pre-trip questions. Having a high chair and Pack 'n Play ready for the infant was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!"
