I don't know why management did not hear this. We didn't want to open out door and say something because we figured they were drunk or high on something. Very disappointing."

"The entrance is awkward for the handicapped as the button to press isn't close to the doors and there aren't any sliding doors, just a single door opens. The rooms are comfortable, quiet with black-out curtains but no microwave and the lighting is VERY dim! The reading lights next to the bed didn't work and the lamps need to be upgraded with bright LED bulbs!!! The bathroom needs more cleaning attention, I don't have black hair but when I see it all over the shower walls and floor - it's disgusting!!!"
