Three full bathrooms, classic decor and phenomenal amenities like heating and AC ensure a comfortable stay. A small backyard pool makes it a unique property to enjoy when visiting this hidden coastal gem. Side driveway can accommodate a boat up to 20 ft in addition to another vehicle. There is also front driveway parking and cars can park along the side street with the flow of traffic. The house is short walking distance to downtown, Morgan Park, and East Bay public boat landing. Whether you're exploring the city, doing some saltwater fishing, or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, this property is the perfect home away from home. We rented this charming historic home for our daughter’s wedding. It was the bridesmaids house. We are local to Pawleys island and needed something in Georgetown and this house checked every box. Convenient to downtown, great pool, plenty of room. Hosts are super nice and communicate well. You will not be disappointed in your stay!!

We went to Georgetown for our son's wedding. Suzanne was very accommodating. Was very quick to answer questions and very eager to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was very timely in responses to questions I had prior to the stay. Upon us reaching the home the host inquired if we had all we needed or if there were any questions. The home’s layout was just as what was described in the post.

The house is located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool was well enclosed for privacy. The host and I communicated often because I added a night at the last minute and she was so gracious and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend staying here.
