"Floors were very dirty, breakfast was 1/5. Barely any amenities in room but the beds were comfy. Was ok for the one night layover. We did enjoy the waffle house next store "

"The pictures in the website are much nicer than the actual thing. The hallways reeked of pot. You could smell it from the elevator all the way to the rooms. The breakfast was old cheap donuts, stale cereal, the waffle maker didn’t cook the batter al latte way through so they were gooey in the middle. The front desk staff was off hiding and the front desk looked empty most of the time. My keys stopped working the day after we checked in. The room wasn’t bad but everything else could use some work. "

"This was one of the most disgusting rooms I've ever stayed in. From a rusty smelly fridge, grime on the floors, doors everywhere, and a broken shower to wet spots all around. The staff are sooo nice and so I want to make that clear. But I would never ever stay here again. "

"Easy check in and clean bathrooms in the lobby. We felt safe when we got there late at midnight. The place was perfect for a quick sta to fly out in the morning. Bonus that it’s dog friendly! We definitely will be coming back again. "

"Struggled to get ahold of the hotel to use the 24 hour shuttle. Ended up going through corporate to connect us. This added an hour and half to arrive after a delayed flight. I would definitely have the shuttle prearranged for a specific time. "

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually clean the rooms and get an attitude when you ask them to. I asked the front desk for a new pillow because the ones in the room were so flat that they were causing me physical pain, and the guy rolled his eyes at me. I was told to leave after reporting their behavior to my booking company. DON'T BOOK HERE!"
