"Air conditioner was real problem Remedy by staff"

"I was only there for a few hours due to a long layover. The staff were very hospitable and made catching the shuttle very easy. Breakfast started early which was great because I had a very early flight. There was 1 random roach and random strands of hair around the room but other than that the room was very tidy. I would stay there again if I had another long layover."

"Property feels and looks dated. Rotting wood trim on building, stained furniture in room, surfaces need pait, with updated colors, not pale yellow, hallway carpet stained and worn, lobby furniture stained."

"Requested extra pillows via the app before check-in and specified that there would be three people in our double queen room. There were no extra pillows and only enough towels for two people. So we had to go to the front desk to request those. The room smelled as though someone had urinated in it repeatedly, and it had never been cleaned up. It was very strong in the corner nearest the window. When hotel staff was alerted to the issue the response was, they would let housekeeping know. It should’ve been rectified immediately. And management should’ve been notified. The bathroom was in poor condition and had recently been painted, and there was paint on the shower curtain and on the faux tile walls that had never been cleaned up. Just lack of detail in everything. "

"There was NO AIRPORT shuttle service! I did not stay there at all. Their service only worked from 7 am to 7 pm so was of no use to me at all. I need a refund!!"

"Catfish hotel. Checking in Horrible it took 30 minutes just for them to find a room. once I got to my room housekeeping was just finishing cleaning my room which I made a reservation. The room was a complete mess, tiles on the floor were coming up, bathroom had mildew and flies coming from the wall. The air conditioning unit in the room was broken still pushing out cold air, but was not attached properly. There were no amenities like the bar nor the hotel provided tissue, toothpaste, toothbrush, like others . The guest around the hotel was loudly playing music late and the front desk attendant was very rude. The pictures that are posted. Looks nothing like the hotel. save your money and don’t come here."
