Overall ok but weak Wi-Fi
Overall the room is neatly cleaned, conveniently located with a nice view. Only if they can provide a thicker pillow for bed, and the Wi-Fi can be stronger. The Wi-Fi here is very weak that I’ve to use my own data for browsing website or work.

Overall the service is good and the room is clean. However, the bath towels are very old and some of them are worn out, it needs to replace with new ones.

The WiFi in room is very very bad. The only string WiFi is at reception lobby. I was given to understand it has something to do with the data plan the hotel has or router hardware possibly. Shower room should have installed handle bar for senior to hold on for safety reason. Only bath towel no face or hand towel. Really minimalist. Good point is the room and bed are clean. Quiet environment at one end of Penang Road and Grab taxi service responded within minutes.

No complaints here, it's an old but well maintained hotel. Big plus was the bath tub which the kids loved playing in with. The only thing that wasn't so good was that there were some homeless people sleeping on the staircase of the hotel at night.

Convenient location as I could walk around most areas - markets, restaurants and nearby attractions. Not as many people as expected but it was still quite jammed so I was glad that I didn't need to drive and look for a parking lot. My children loved the bathtub and breakfast area as it had a nice beach looking view.

We stayed on level 1. Internet access was almost non existence. Very weak signal which disappeared. Staff indirectly did not acknowledge the wifi issues. I ended up buying phone data plans. I could hear everything going on in the next room. Even their private moments. Restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner. There was limited supply of Toilet Paper. I had to call again and again for it. Other wise value for money.

Location is great, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good with good coffee, excellent sea view on 11th floor restaurant. Free shuttle bus stop in front of hotel. You can catch free shuttle bus from bus terminal outside Butterworth Ferry Dock to go to hotel. Only 10-12 MYR by 10 min Grab to airport.
