Armenian Street Heritage Hotel
Moldy toilets, beds too soft, pillow nearly non-existent. No phone to call the desk in the room. Breakfast area looks dirty, no aircon. Remote is spoilt. Walls cracking everywhere. No noise insulation. Near to mosque and u can hear the calls early till late at night.

Royale Chulan Penang
Room fine well provided but hairdryer very weak. Swimming pool area requires upgrading as it is tired and decking breaking up and wood very hot to walk on. No staff for drinks etc
