This was my second stay at the Ray's Eiffel and I was not disappointed.The people are incredibly kind and accommodating. The room is not too small compared to most in Paris. The kitchenette is a great asset. Even though the area is touristy I like it very much and everything is very safe and convenient.There is a metro station( Ecole Militaire )close by. My special thanks go to Linda and Jeremy who are both helpful and sweet. I hope to return next year for a third stay.

I typically love the Melia’s I’ve been to two in Spain that were so luxurious in terms of location and property this one is definitely a bit outdated and due for a renovation the location is AMAZINGGG which is why I am giving the 4-star rating. The rooms were a bit dusty I found some stains in the shower and there was a bug in the provided toiletries we also asked for additional waters over the phone and the staff were a bit weird about it lol. The rooms were also extremely small and a bit tight but I guess this is normal for Paris but I’d say for the price point and location the stay was 7/10.
