スタッフが毎日入れ替わるのが気がかり、引継ぎがないので都度話さないといけない。英語が通じるので助かった。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

チェックイン前に着いたが、部屋の準備をしてくれました。部屋には冷蔵庫の他、ポット、紅茶や緑茶などがあり、部屋で温かいものが飲めるのはよかったです。毎日補充してくれて、チョコレートとクッキーまでおいてありました。エレベーターがないのが残念です。

駅近以外はあまり利点なし

ジェノバ主要駅の片方から近く、空港行きのバス停もすぐで便利ですが、観光地に近いもう一つのエリアでもよかったかもしれません。共有エリアに比べ部屋はやや質素でした。シャワーは上で固定されたレインシャワーのみで、部屋は暗めです。

英語が普通に通じるホテルでした。このホテルにはエレベーターがありません。プリンピチ駅のすぐそばで比較的便利な場所にあります。

駅近くですが其ほど車の音が気になりません

駅迄徒歩２分で王宮迄徒歩３分。観光に便利ですがスーパーマーケットは少し距離がありました。メルカートが徒歩５分程度に有りますが小さな所で利用価値はありません。海沿いの道でイータリーへ向かう途中です。

とても良い

駅から近くホテルの隣や近隣にレストランやお土産屋などありとても利便性がある。スタッフは常駐し、扉には鍵がかかっており安全性も高い。ホテル自体新しい感じできれい。朝食は品数豊富で大満足です。

駅から近く、観光にも便利。

フランス・マントンから列車で到着。ジェノバ駅（Genova Piazza Principe）から歩いてすぐ。13時頃のチェックインだったが、すぐに部屋に案内される。部屋は清潔で快適。エアコンあり、冷蔵庫あり。近くの路地脇に入ると地元民が行くリストランテがある。旧市街地までも歩いて10分ほど。

駅から近くリーズナブルなホテル

プリンチペ駅からは徒歩3分程度、また、バルビ通り～プリンチペ駅～フェッラーリ広場を巡回する35番のバスを利用すれば、主要観光スポットにバスでアクセスでき、観光にも便利でした。

Esta propiedad es muy antigua y con un mantenimiento fatal. Las habitaciones son máximo para una persona; dos no caben cómodamente. El toallero y la puerta de la regadera estaban por caerse. La temperatura de la habitación, mucho más alta que en la calle, sin poder regularla. Sin recepción 24 horas. El aire acondicionado, inservible. Salvo que fuera una emergencia extrema, no recomiendo a nadie hospedarse aquí.

Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione principe, Assortita e abbondante la colazione con dolce e salato, camera pulita regolarmente. Purtroppo la stanza non è molto insonorizzata, la ns. Dava su un vicolo che ad alcune ore della notte era rumorosa. Scarsa la scaffalatura per mettere l'abbigliamento di 2 persone.

Beautiful location with walking distance to the train station, the old port, museum, university, cafes, restaurants and piazza de Ferrari. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great room for a family of 3

The room was such a perfect size for a family of 3 being a split level with 2 double beds. Everything was very clean and the reception staff helpful with restaurant recommendations and we were able to leave our luggage and the day of check-out to allow a bit more exploring of genoa.

A really lovely stay. Had a complimentary unexpected upgrade at check in which was a great touch! The apartment that i got given was lovely! Full of all the facilities you need and very clean and tidy. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main station. About 10 mins from the ferry area and 15 mins walk to the old town. The location was fantastic with a few local reaturants a few doors down. Breakfast was really tasty. Nice selection and there was even some gluten free options which is a nice touch. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and convenient to public transport (check out the Metro). Breakfast was more than adequate. The shower cubicle was rather small, however.
