Quality
More than we pay for a hotel, but as it was the end of the holiday, we thought we would.
It was worth every penny. From the guy running the parking, reception and all the staff we Matt were both polite and helpful. Clearly, extremely well trained.
We were upgraded to a terrace room overlooking the lake, which was absolutely fantastic as was the quality of all aspects of the accommodation.
Definitely recommend anyone staying here. We will be back.

We loved our stay here. Everyone was so friendly. Matterhorn views are incredible if it’s out of the clouds. Breakfast, the room, everything was fantastic. Probably our favorite hotel during our 2 week trip throughout Italy and Switzerland.
