"Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! "Es war der schlechteste Urlaub, den wir je hatten. Die Betten waren nicht bequem und sehr klein. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde nur oberflächlich durchgeführt. Das Essen war qualitativ schlecht und zum Teil kalt (z.B. Pommes oder auch gebratenes Gehacktes im Brötchen). Andere Gäste haben direkt aus dem Buffet probiert (unhygienisch). Der Safe im Zimmer war nicht nutzbar, da die Türe mit Code verschlossen war - einziges Angebot der Rezeption, einen überteuerten Safe an der Rezeption zu buchen....

"We booked the oasis because friends were there but when we arrived we were told we are now stopping at Arabella beach hotel. I'm not happy because that was not what was booked. It's supposed to be 4 stars but i can't see why, it was basic at best. The double bed was two single beds together and separate bedding. They also did not know about an extra day I'd booked and then tried to charge again. The only thing that was good was the food and dinner hall staff, all excellent."
