"A nice historic hotel in a seriously quirky city. The location of the hotel was convenient though the parking is down the street they were quick to shuttle us to and from parking. We walked everywhere easily."

"Room was clean, but a bit dingy and lacking in natural light. Note enough cover on bed and could not find a way to turn up thermostat on a cool night. Updated bathroom very nice, spiffy-looking and contemporary, but small. Some areas of grounds need maintenance (crumbling concrete steps to upper floor of motel). Common areas inside office/bar/restaurant are clean and cheerfully decorated. Walls very thin--could hear everything in room next to me. "

"Loved our stay here. The location can't be beat, resting right at the end of the downtown area. We pretty much walked wherever we needed to go. Parking was in nearby paid public lots, which is the norm for Eureka Springs. The building has lots of charm and has been well equipped for kitchen and entertainment needs. Due to it being an old building, there is significant noise transfer from upstairs to downstairs. However, I sleep with ear plugs in anyway and was unbothered. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful. Absolutely would stay here again."
