The cabin was dirty the ceiling fans had a lot of dust and dirt on them the bathroom was a disaster hardly any water pressure in the shower the lip around the top of the shower has an inch of dust and dirt all the way around the bathroom sink leaked the refrigerator was dirty some of the weather seal around the front door was missing wide enough for bugs to crawl in we did kill a cockroach the vent in the bathroom and the vent over the oven look like they have not been cleaned in a year or two the heating/ac vent on the floor were very dirty with dust and looks like they have not been cleaned in a while we will never be back or rent another cabin from this outfit that owns this place we were very disappointed overall!

Directions and check-in were very easy and convenient. When we walked in the cabin, it was chilly. The thermostat screen was black and would not come on. The hot tub temperature was 43 degrees Fahrenheit. We attemped to call the property manager for assistance to no avail. After googling additional phone numbers & leaving a message at each one, a very kind woman returned the call. Said she would send a maintenance person. The maintenance person was very friendly and professional. He was able to fix the heat (a fuse was blown). He stayed long enough to make sure it did come on, and he checked the hot tub. He informed us it would take a while for it to heat back up. By the evening time, the hot tub temp was in the 70's, but no where near a comfortable temp for usage. The hot tub was a main reason we chose this quaint cabin, and we couldn't even use it the first day and a half. The kitchen cabinets were grimy with grease build up. If you turned the kitchen faucet on all the way, water leaked out everywhere from the handle so you could only turn on a trickle of water in the kitchen. The bathroom had hair and dust behind the door. The shower pressure was barely enough to rinse off soap. The jacuzzi tub faucet dripped non-stop and timer knob was broken. We attempted to fill it when we realized we wouldn't be able to use the hot tub, but weren't able to due to lack of water pressure. We have never left a poor review, but this was the worst place we have ever stayed.

It was the perfect size inside for my husband and myself. Hot tub was very nice to relax in after going and walking around all day. Parking was a bit scary, but we managed.

The cabin it was hard to find. When we arrived and entered the smell inside the cabin was horrible! There were cobwebs in the corners of the room and bathroom. The air vent in bathroom was rusted to the floor. The bed creaked terrible and sunk way down when we sat/laid down. The worst part was the smell. We ended up having to stay at a hotel. DO NOT recommend staying here and wasting your money like we did.

Check in good. parking white knuckle. at the top of a steep hill sharp left turn, Back in parking spot. Cabin was OK. Tips. No condiments what so ever, except a few packets of sugar. No coffee filters. Coffee pot broken. Ice cube trays in freezer but no ice cubes. Kitchen equipment sparse. Fans had 2 inches of dust didn't want to use. Hope tub cold, 12 hours to heat up. Bathroom old.

Overall, the cabin was cozy. no gas grill as pictured. instead, there was a rusted out charcoal grill. We typically grill every night, but instead had to eat out due to the grill not being functional. When i addressed this through text as asked, it was brushed off. Even if grills are not allowed on the porch, if you advertise a grill, at least make it functional. the other complaints I didn’t even bother mentioning were, the parking was horrible. we had to back in a very little space in order to get the the cabin. there were cobwebs everywhere. toilet had to be flushed twice each time it was used. I will say that there were plenty of kitchen supplies like cups, bowls, plates, pots, pans, utensils.

parking was a little challenging but to be expected when staying in the mountains. very nice private hot tub all to ourselves. Check in was easy and the manager stayed in touch and answered all questions promptly. we will be back!

Perfect getaway

Such a cozy little cabin tucked away in the woods. So peaceful and quiet sitting outback each evening; just what I needed! Every thing was perfect upon arrival, check in was a breeze, and we truly enjoyed our time. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Oh, and the owners are amazing!! Respond so quick and incredibly kind. Seriously, you won’t regret booking!

Parking was a little tricky but we figured it out. Loved that the place was kind of off by itself. Very peaceful and quiet. Definitely will be back. Our new home away from home.
