ROACH INFESTED and raggedy. The dryer didn't work roaches and bugs everywhere, the back door needs repair, no place to sit items in the loft or bathroom upstairs. The lost goes on. This entire place was a dump. We were inconvenience twice with having to leave the premises for an exterminator to come and then again to have our vacation interrupted by a dryer repairman who came and said that the dryer needed a belt but he never came back to fix it.

This was the absolute best cabin for our getaway celebration weekend for my boyfriend’s birthday/ Christmas present!! It was the coziest, homiest place! We felt so at home so quickly! Having our morning coffee on this porch with this view was the highlight! The pool table and games were so much fun as well! Don’t even get me started on the hot tub, SO perfect! I could not recommend this place more. Great communication as well!! 11/10 for sure!!

Everything was great, super spacious. Highly recommend if you have kids. My girlfriend and I decided to cook dinner our first night and there were roaches under the appliances. They were only seen in the kitchen. We saw about 7-8 a day. We contacted the property manager and they said we’ll see what we can do. Not sure if anyone came and did anything while we were gone but it didn’t seem like it. Other than the roaches we absolutely loved the stay. (For the property manager)-I highly suggest you seal up the gaps between the logs and the appliances.

This cabin was amazing!I would definitely stay here again in the near future. Clean and gorgeous views. We were greeted by 3 bear cubs on the way in towards our cabin. So cool. Loved my week long honeymoon vacation here.

Nice cabin. The check in process was easy. We couldnt use the hot tub because it wouldn't get hot. We used the washer and dryer and when we took our clothes out of the dryer a lot of them had burn marks and burn holes in them. We did inform them and sent photos but have not received a response. I would stay again but I would not recommend using the washer/dryer.

It was just me by myself so it was perfect, only complaints are the doors and windows need replaced and the main shower valve, it leaks constantly, i just put a rag underneath it, easy fix. The mattress is really hard, some people like that but it was a cozy cabin, everything else worked and a couple friendly cats kept me company. They love chicken also. I enjoyed it.

We had a fabulous time in the cabin. Loved seeing the bears and cubs! The arcade games and pool table was enjoyable on a rainy afternoon. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay again.

Breathtaking views, say a mama bear and her 2 cubs 3 of the days we were there. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was there. Only complaint was the 2 stray cats that kept trying to get into the house every time you open deck doors. Overall it was a amazing vacation spotopen the deck doors. And may obee problem

Nothing Like Pictured

This cabin is nice inside with an amazing view, but is clearly not maintained. As we arrived, our code for the door did not work. I called the help # and used the key from the emer. lock box & the lady I spoke with seemed annoyed I called. She said she would send someone out to check our lock and nobody ever showed up. The carpet was super dirty and the fireplace had black char marks on it like someone had set the hearth on fire. The mantle was slanted like it had settled on one side & the TV was tilted upwards and seemed like it was going to fall on us. The directions for using the TV were clearly outdated & did not match the remotes present. The TV remotes were missing batteries. We found one of the remotes in the couch cushions. The back door insert is broken & a safety issue. Anyone could push the glass in and get inside. Once you walk outside and close the door behind you, you have to make sure there is someone inside to let you back in since the door gets stuck. Hot tub is sitting on rotten wood. There are holes in the bathtub in the master bedroom. Walking upstairs the railing on the spiral staircase isn’t all screwed in. There were a couple pieces of railing that were clearly not connected which is also a safety issue. If you stay here please expect to be greeted by 2 cats on the back deck and get a beautiful view of trash in the back yard. It really is a beautiful cabin but needs to be updated and maintained.

Family fun

The property was great. The cabin was perfect for our family. We had a minor problem with the back door,it was hard to open from the outside,but overall it was awesome.
