House Rules:

Primary renter must be above the age of 25 years
Maximum capacity – 8 persons
Valid ID required for verification at booking
Signed renter’s agreement required immediately after booking
Security deposit of $500 will be held on the credit card 2 days prior to check-in and released 5 days after check-out
No open fire or fire pits in the house or neighborhood
Check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM
Cars can be parked in the driveway
Trash disposal in the bins provided
No parties or events allowed
No smoking or illegal drug use
Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM
Only one dog under 50 lbs allowed with a $100 pet fee
Pets must be listed in the booking
Details of all guests, pets, and vehicles are required at the time of booking
Review and follow the pet policy during the stay
No fireworks allowed in the house or neighborhood
No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter allowed in the house
Early check-in or late check-out may be available at $25 per hour when there are no same-day turnovers
No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming allowed
For safety, security cameras are installed only at the front of the house
Supplies provided are a starter pack; guests are responsible for additional supplies if needed

Hot Tub Rules:

Maximum of 6 persons
No food or drinks in the hot tub
No jumping or diving
No glassware around the hot tub
No infants under 1 year, pregnant women, or persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub
Children ages 2–16 must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub
Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F
Use only pool towels, not white bath towels, for hot tub use
No body lotions or tanning creams allowed; shower before entering the hot tub
Turn off the high jets after each use
Replace the hot tub cover after every use
Do not sit or lie on the cover
Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found
Anyone with heart issues, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.
