「The hosts answered my questions promptly. The house was stocked with the bare minimum. Only a few small spoons (I have kids) but five or so giant soup spoons. Enough knives and forks. Almost no cooking pots/pans, baking dishes and other kitchen necessities. I was hoping to cook a meal while we were there. We stayed in December. There was not an extra blanket to be found. Only one blanket on each bed. The house itself was adequate. We only stayed for two nights. 」

It is just a basement unit, and the listing does not mention there are people above you in the house. During my stay, there was a lot of stomping around and dogs barking upstairs, which I would have not had expected if I had the entire home.
