"Everything was clean and presentable! The service and continental breakfast was excellent. The only thing this facility needs is an elevator to the second floor. An elevator is neccessary if you are elderly or have an injury or disablity making it difficult to navigate stairs."

"Very clean and smelled clean. No bedspread on the beds, but who needs those! The man behind the counter was EXCELLENT, helpful and friendly. The only downside is the continental breakfast. It consists of cereal, oatmeal packets, toast and coffee. I have stayed here before and will return again."

"A great place to stay!! Highly recommend. A huge plus that I greatly appreciated was that the owners do not charge a cleaning fee, as long as the list is complete (i.e., strip bedding, return dishes, etc.). As someone who sometimes questions cleaning fees when I am required to do a list of items, I was pleasantly surprised by this! Note - it was nothing egregious and all tasks rental sites typically require anyway."

"We were looking for a place to stay over the Labor Day weekend close to Lake Poinsett and this little gem was perfect! It was very easy to book and the hosts responded immediately when we sent a message. It was super clean and the beds were very comfy! Lakeside Coffee Co was right next door with delicious coffee and pastries. We will definitely book again!!"

"This apartment was perfect for our family gathering. It had ample common space in the living room for everyone to hang out together and three very large bedrooms, providing comfortable, sleeping space for all.Although technically it only had one bathroom, the shower and toilet were in separate rooms, each with a large sink, which allowed multiple people to get ready at one time. The apartment was very clean and the local host was very responsive to questions and provided suggestions for local activities. As indicated in the listing the apartment is on the second level and only accessible by a staircase but we never heard any noise from the business below us. We would recommend this place to family and friends and stay here again if in this area."

"The basement bedroom had a strong musty odor. We didnt use that room because two of our party were not able to join us. The hous is charming. The electric outlets did not accommodate a three prong cord. We needed to buy adaptors so we could plug in cpap and computers. Would be nice if it had a handicapped ramp to access the house. My parents were not able to come in. But we enjoyed the stay."
