"The cabin and location was fantastic. Needed a couple of hand towel for the kitchen, and I could not figure out how to make the clothes dryer heat, but overall an amazing stay."

"The room was clean. The majority of the staff was very helpful and attentive.
We had a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the room was not prepared when we arrived. We had requested 2 beds and it was made with one. We had to request twice for it to be made up properly before it was done. (The housekeeping staff was very apologetic.)
For the cost, more than $550/night, the view out the large lovely window was of the parking lot. :( And we had hoped for a historic hotel as that is what we searched for, and the main hotel was lovely and historic, but we were housed out in the newer spa building across the parking lot. Nice and clean, but not historic.
Also, it’s a bit of a walk to the city center. About 20-25 minutes walk."
"We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that could have been better. The hotel did not have laundry service or laundry facilities. No A/C and the bathroom was very small. There were not enough places to hang towels and robes, no counter space (just the sink basin), and nowhere to put shower items, so we had to put them on the floor. There were plenty of electrical outlets, though. It was close to town, about a 20-minute walk, which was ok except when it was raining. The bus stop is a few minutes away but the bus only comes once an hour. Overall, we had a really nice stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful."
"Lovely hotel approx 10/15 mins from middle of Inverness. Staff were great, very polite, friendly and professional.
Dinner in the bar was good, value for the money paid and didn’t need a dessert afterwards as full. Breakfast was good but maybe (if had to be critical) the Scottish breakfast could have been a bit more than 1 of each item - but maybe that is because I like a good Scottish breakfast 😆.
Overall deffo a hotel I will be staying at again when next in the area"
"This was an excellent hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of many of the attractions we wanted to visit during our time in Inverness. We had a wonderful room with a fantastic view, which really added to the overall experience.
A special mention must go to the young lady working on reception. She was extremely helpful, friendly and genuinely funny, making us feel very welcome. She even offered to help me with our cases, which I thought was incredibly sweet and thoughtful of her. Customer service like that should certainly be recognised, and she definitely deserves a pat on the back for the way she treated us. I regret not askin for her name.
The location itself was beautiful and made exploring Inverness extremely convenient. Being able to walk to so many places without constantly needing the car was a major advantage and allowed us to enjoy the city at a much more relaxed pace.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with our stay. For the few short days we were there, I felt the hotel offered excellent value for money, a beautiful location and a very enjoyable experience. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit or vacation to Inverness."
"This is a beautiful old (historic) hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the building is old, it is well maintained. Very classic. They had an art exhibit in the lobby - really wonderful. I loved it! I would come back."
