ガーデン島のアパート

「The property was in an amazing location. We could walk to most things in the CBD.」

「Despite our difficulty accessing the internet to be able to get into the apartment, once we had reconnected to the internet and followed instructions, we were delighted with the apartment. It was large enough, well laid out and very easy to access. And, having somewhere to park our vehicle, was great. The surrounds were delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed dining out for our evening meal and breakfast. 」

「We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and very well equipped with everything we needed. Our group of seven, including children, had plenty of room and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment is on the second floor, but there is an elevator, which made getting luggage in and out very easy. Having a parking space was also a big plus. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy from start to finish. We also really appreciated...

「Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...

「Very clean. Easy to deal and communicate with. Great host. Thank you」

「I was overall disappointed with the apartment. The apartment was not as nice as the online photo depicted. The couch had been covered with blankets as it was old and worn out and extremely squeaky. One of the bedrooms only had a small wire rack where you could place your things but there was't much room in there anyway. The second bedroom only had hanging space and no shelves whatsoever so we had nowhere to put our clothes during our stay and ended up living out of our suitcase for the duration...

「all great」

「It was a great place and very easy to check in. Will be back 」
