Good

Warmed pool beautiful view large bedroom with a bathtub = flawless. Really friendly staff and great for visitors with rented cars or pre-planned transportation to explore Jeju

I stayed 5 nights in Jeju and to save driving time, stayed at different hotels as I moved around the island. This i the only hotel, that I oul stay at again in Jeju. Staff, from check in to breakfast and housekeeping, were excellent. Very friendly, courteous and all around nice. Would definitely stay here again basd on all the above factors.

This is the perfect hotel for getting away from the crowds and touristy attractions of Jeju. It is a bit isolated in the hills above Seogwipo and is surrounded entirely by forest and plants. Our room had a view of the top of Mt. Halla on clear days. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, and will do whatever they can to accommodate your needs. It is good to have a car or available transportation, as the hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants in town. That being said, it is...

Very good location and service.

The hotel was a perfect location right on the water. The amenities were always clean and presentable and the staff was always very accommodating and friendly. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and was one of our best hotel stays yet. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Jeju.

The staff was really helpful and very attentive. The breakfast every morning was very good.

Breakfast exceptional. A lot of food and choices. We ate there only once

The hotel/villa was amazing. The staffs were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying your stay there. I will definitely be back here again.

Just gorgeous setting and place! Restaurant excellent. One thing to be aware of if you are larger or not young, our room had a dramatic and gorgeous spiral staircase to the bedroom and a deep stone soaking tub. I personally loved those things, but could see how some folks might find them inconvenient. Loved, loved, loved!

Amazing stay. Front desk staff were super friendly with directions to local restaurents.

편리한 위치와 전경 조식도 좋았음

Everything was great, but I stayed at the hotel around the end of October, when the weather was still somewhat warm. It was a bit inconvenient that the hotel said the air conditioner could not be used. The hotel sent a fan, but I was a little confused because they said the hotel had disabled the air conditioner. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

Very clean and fancy rooms, great service and at a convenient location. I stayed at three hotels in Jeju Island and this one was easily the best.

직원분들이 매우 친절하고 호텔의 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 지내기 매우 편안했습니다.
