Small and comfortable accommodation on the first floor (no lift). It has a bedroom with a triple bunk bed, another with a double bed. The latter with a ceiling fan. Small and practical bathroom with shower tray. The common area, where you will spend most of your time, consists of a living and dining area, next to the kitchen with a central island, with a large window and access to a small balcony with views of the emblematic sheds of the port of Gandia.

Pets are allowed upon request, maximum weight 12 kg.

YOUNG GROUPS ARE NOT ACCEPTED (under thirty years old).

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation time. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned 24/48 hours after inspection of the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.

In the case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, they will pay a supplement of €5/night/pet.

Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH AREA, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Also, in the vicinity of the commercial port, there is a small and family-friendly beach, Venice beach, which is worth a visit!
