We welcome you to this beautiful apartment for 5 people, located in an impressive complex with outdoor community pool, heated pool, and just a few steps away from the beach of Gandia.
For warm weather and beach enthusiasts who love continuous entertainment, this residential complex will become an idyllic place to enjoy your vacation. It’s located only 600m away from the beach and it provides two pools, tennis and paddle courts, gym, sauna and even a barbecue area! The outdoor pool sizes 24 metre diameter, and it goes from 0.90 to 2 metres depth. It’s connected with a children pool with a 14 metres diameter and 0.35 - 0.90 metres depth. Furthermore, there is a heated pool of 8 x 5 metres and a depth of 1.50 metres. In the garden, surrounded by grass, you will be able to play with the children or just lay down in the sun.

The apartment it’s decorated with a modern style and it has a terrace with mountain views, equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast before heading to the beach, pool or do some exercise. Inside the property, the living room invites you to lay down on the sofa watching TV, a film on DVD or just reading a book. The fully independent kitchen provides a ceramic hob set and it offers spacious countertops to enjoy cooking a great meal. The kitchen leads to the laundry room where you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment offers two spacious and comfortable rooms with wardrobes. One room has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The other bathroom comes with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed and one single bed. There is availability for a cot, a high chair and also a heater.

The beach of Gandia is a true paradise thanks to its great location, good weather and its great coastal stretch of white and fine sand and its clean waters. We recommend visiting Platja del Nord or Platja d L’Ahuir. Sunday afternoons are the ones to visit the local market. If you enjoy nature, do not miss the opportunity to get to know Ullal de l’Estany, one of the springs that nourish the Gandia moss.
