Spacious primary bedroom with queen bed and TV, and a full bathroom with a relaxing bathtub.
Step outside to a covered patio with a large dining table and BBQ, plus hammock lounges and swing chairs for ultimate relaxation.
Rinse off with the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, and enjoy the expansive backyard with a firepit and seating for stargazing or roasting marshmallows.
Second Floor:

Spacious living room with a 65-inch Roku TV, ideal for movie nights and retro video game marathons.
Dining area with seating for 6-8 and another fully-equipped kitchen for delicious family meals.
Primary bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in closet.
A versatile third bedroom with a bunk bed (queen on the bottom, full on top) and a pull-out single bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Wonderful property for a family stay

This property is just lovely and perfect for our family. There are actually two complete suites with kitchen and laundry. It is well maintained and thoughtfully furnished. Just a short walk to beach or marina. It has an upper deck that is perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings. There is also a fire pit in the yard with chairs
