Enjoy our new heated pool & large bubbly hot tub plus splash pad! You will be staying in 'SandySmile', a luxury condo sitting on the seawall of Galveston Island. We invite you to share our creation, a romantic blend of beach cottage and soft pastels. Pamper your senses with soft leather furniture and sandy-beach colored tile. The private bedroom sleeps two in the queen bed. The hallway area hosts 2 adult sized bunks. The leather queen sofa-sleeper folds out for 2 more. Enjoy! Save on food budget in your fully equipped kitchen. Wherever you choose to stay, I hope you bring home many special Galveston memories.

Agreement:

* Responsible party over 25 must show photo ID when checking in
* No events or parties (including Spring Break or Prom)
* No hidden fees or additional taxes.
* Clean, fresh air only. No smoking allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
* Upon arrival, the Maravilla front office will collect a parking/swim band fee, credit card only.

Other Things to Note:

1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.

2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online so please message us with your request.

Perfect mini vacation!

Our stay at the condo could not have been better. The place was very clean, check-in process was easy, and the location of the condo was perfect. One of our favorite parts was the view from the balcony. We very much enjoyed our time at Sandy Smile!

Amazing stay

We found this property to be just perfect for my husband and I. The place was very clean very cutely decorated and Mr. Dave (the owner) was so helpful with making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we knew what to do. They even recommended some fun things to do and yummy places to eat! It was an overall great experience ❤️

Great location & condo!

My wife & I took our 2 grand daughters for a last minute get away before school starts. The facility was great and everything was clean and well kept. Location is perfect for getting to anything up and down the seawall. We will be back for sure. Donna checked on us regularly.

Great condo for the price.

Check-in and out was effortless. Our host was accommodating and responsive. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. We had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to. We were within walking distance of the beach and did not have to drive far for restaurants or shopping.

Dave’s place was perfect for our my families get away. We rented 2 of his places and this property was for my parents. Everything was great. Views were amazing. Place was stocked with small items that we didn’t need to buy ourselves, which made it even better!

Great little place!

Great little place for a getaway! Clean and well furnished. Easy checkin and great communication. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Beautiful view and gorgeous sunrises!!! Would be a tight fit for 6 people. Watch the planes and helicopters land and take off at the nearby airport (can be a little loud but still fun to watch!). Highly recommended.

Anniversary trip

Our condo was beautiful and had a perfect view of the water!! It had all the comforts of home and was very clean. Dave is an exceptional host and made booking, checkin and checkout a breeze. He checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I have already discussed coming back this time next year and renting this condo. We had a wonderful Anniversary weekend!

We were absolutely thrilled. The condo was perfectly laid out. Had everything we wanted. We loved our stay. It is just what we needed. It was very quite during our stay. We walked the seawall and the beach. Ate at the local restaurants. We will be back. We actually had three white owls fly right beside the condo and looked straight at us as if to say hi. Everything you could want, Amazing View!

The host was very responsive to questions prior to arrival; after I arrived, I found everything had already been answered, or there was a an informational sign, addressing my question! Check in was super easy and accessing the condo was a breeze! You will find absolutely everything you need for your vacation. If it’s not there, you don’t need it! However, should you need anything, the Walmart is a quick 2 mile drive away. Be sure to read the guide that Dave sends you for suggested places to visit and eat… We found that extremely helpful. The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. You may not be able to tell it from the balcony view, but if you walk out the front of the Maravilla condo property, the beach is right there across the street. We had an amazing stay!

Communication with property manager was fantastic. Went above and beyond to ensure our stay went well. Condo was clean and well cared for. Had everything we needed. Property location was in the perfect spot across from the ocean and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Galveston. Kids loved the heated pool!

Hidden Gem

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for our anniversary weekend. We were lucky to come across this condo that has a nice view from the patio deck to see the ocean, which was a MUST for my wife. Beautiful décor and very clean. Dave was extremely helpful with tourist places to visit and great dining options. He checked in with us multiple times over our three day stay to make sure everything was good. I could recommend this place more not just for the space and the view, but for the great service Dave provided.

Our Time Away

The place was simply perfect in every way!! Number one it was spotlessly clean which is a biggie for us! We wanted a nice view and it had not only a lovely view of the gulf but a view a a lagoon nearby. Also it was extremely quiet! The place was decorated tastefully and with lovely touches throughout. We felt quiet spoiled :) We plan to come back hopefully in the not too distant futer

This place was great! The staff was friendly and the pools were magnificent ! They have a great dog park and dog shower in case you want to shower them after beach time. Wonderful time! I’ll definitely be back!
