"Customer service was subpar and communication was horrible. We requested a late check out through the link provided and still got kicked out. We were told it was not approved, then why was it offered??? We had to have housekeeping come in when we first arrived because the furniture had not been wiped down. All of the furniture had nicks in it like someone had a party and trashed the room. We took pictures just in case they tried to charge us. But the beds were comfortable and breakfast was ok."

"Staff was friendly but short staffed. Lady at the front desk stated she was there by herself. There were no towels in our room and others as well. There were multiple people at the desk asking for towels. There was a staff member that came by the room late night after checking in. She attempted to open the door but could not because I had the privacy door latch engaged. When I went to the door she asked what my name was and if I was the person on the reservation. We had checked in about 45 mins prior. Breakfast consisted of coffee and tiny muffins."

"Tener mejor atención al Cliente, los del staff sin ninguna sonrisa , muy serios y no explican nada bien y si te explican es de mala gana, se batalla bastante para poder entrar al cuarto , la alberca sin funcionar las fuentes donde purifica el agua y se veía llena de bloqueador solar flotando."

"They were making a lot of repairs to the rooms. So there were a lot of workers around during the day. They put us in a room with no fridge or microwave. We requested to be moved to a room that had them. They moved us the next day as promised. And didn’t charge us anymore for the move. One staff member was a little odd. The pool was locked. I asked her why. She said because nobody wanted to swim. I told her how does she know that. The hours on the pool is 9 to 9. The pool should open on the posted hours. After that they was open every day."

"Absolutely horrific. Not only a health hazard, but also a safety hazard. Mold on shower contain and ceiling. Hair on shower wall and in tub. Burnt food in microwave, wowed crusty stain in refrigerator. Water drains heat has been plastered over. Stains on sheets. Burn marks on curtains and blankets. Weird black stain on lamp shade. Door didn’t close all the way, and the addition lock was unusable. Since door didn’t close all they way, a piece of metal with holes cut in was used on the door jam. Light could be seen around the door. Early morning there was a bang on the door, when I walked out at 6am to leave there was vomit outside the door. Material torn of been and dust/dirt/stains in every surface. There were no towels provided"
