Just an overnight stay

Me and my family came down the day before our cruise. It was perfect we had enough space for everyone. Loved being able to sit out on the front porch and conversate. People that walk the street are friendly, everything was great.

The house was nice. The couch in the living room probably needs replaced before long but overall everything was in working order and shown as pictured. Would stay at this property again. No issues with check in.

Perfect for a night before a cruise. Centrally located, never more than a 5 min drive anywhere on the island. The couches are pretty broken in. Not comfortable and definitely wouldn't try to sleep on them. One of the bedrooms has the neighbor LED pool lights shining in your face all night. Bring an eye mask.

It was exactly as it was listed. We had 42 in our group for a cruise and we were all pretty close together. Everything that our group needed was there.

Roomy and comfy

We've got 3 kids that hate sleeping on sofa beds. This house was cheaper then renting 2 hotel rooms and so much more room! They each got their own queen size bed, and so comfortable! All bedrooms and a tub bath are upstairs. 2nd bathroom downstairs. Driveway is tight, not for large vehicles, but you can park right in front of the house. Owner was super easy to work with and allowed us an early check in. Beautiful house! All amazing, thank you so much!!

Family Vacay

I feel the property could’ve been a bit cleaner. We found dead bugs iin a couple areas so I know it had been exterminated but should’ve been better inspected before our arrival. The couch needs to be replaced as when we say on it we literally sank entirely to far. Other than those few items we had a great stay. Beds were great and PLENTY of hot water.

This is the perfect location for fine dining and beach access. They accommodated my pets and we had plenty of space and room for a family of 8. Wish we could have stayed longer but this was a quick getaway. Thank you for having all the amenities we needed including board games!

One Day Stay

We rented this for our family to stay in the night before our cruise. The property manager was great with letting us check in 30 minutes early and it was very close to the beach. The property wasn't in greatest location though. There were many homeless people all hours of the day and night around the property and the alley next to the home. The home was clean and had lots of room to accommodate all the people staying. Although, the couch in the living room was broken and looked to have been repaired instead of being replaced, so one section of the couch was unusable. For one night this place was fine but I wouldn't suggest it for a long stay vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and very spacious and reasonably priced. The beds were very comfortable and enjoyed the balcony on the second floor. Only downside for us was the freezer did not keep our ice cream frozen and there was no ice maker. With that said, would definitely book again.

This was an overnight stay before a cruise. Very close to Seawall. If we need a place in the future we would be happy to stay here, especially for a longer stay. It is clean, roomy, great air conditioning, comfortable beds and very homey. This is an older home, as is every other one in the area, yet well kept. There were 6 of us, 3 teens and 3 adults. There is plenty of room for more. Thanks for a great stay.

Family Cruise

The place was great! We stayed one night before we went on our cruise. There was seven of us staying there and we had plenty of room. I would stay here again if we come back to Galveston for another cruise.

Driveway way too small

The driveway was way too small only a small car would have probably fit in it we have an expedition and chevy truck neither could fit in driveway. The silverwear was rusted we had to wash before using, the couch was broke and we found trash in it a popsicle wrapper. House was a good size and would probably stay again if driveway wasn't so small.

Beds were uncomfortable. All bedrooms upstairs. Not sure how safe the area is. Narrow drive, couldn't get vehicle in. Water filter on fridge didn't work. Cups that were put away had moisture in them.

One night stay before cruise

This home was very clean and well equipped. The beds and furnishings were quite comfortable. Six of us (5 adults and 1 child) were very comfortable. We only stayed one night before our cruise. We got into Galveston earlier than the 3:00 pm check in time and Jenny (the owner) allowed us to drop our luggage off which was a tremendous help. We found this home’s location quite walkable. We walked to the beach and then later walked to dinner and back. We did hire an Uber to take us to the Port — 2 vehicles for our group with luggage was around 18.00 per vehicle.

Excellent stay

We had an great stay in Galveston. The property was in good location to everything. Nice house. Photos as advertised. We liked the deck. Easy check in. Would stay here again.
