Rate it a 9.9 out of 10. Shower would not drain at all. Fixed the next morning. Bedroom door drags when you open it. Sink is very tiny. Very hard to wash dishes. Everything else was Immaculate. I would definitely stay again.

non smoking room was a SMOKERS room

Feb 28 we stayed at 221- upon arrival it was clean and decorated adorably, BUT it was obvious the previous occupants were smokers. We reached out via email and received a phone call on March 1- our room was changed to 202- the new room was perfect, best of all clearly a non smoking room. We enjoyed Saturday and Sunday morning.

Looks good online but disappointed

Tight parking, small bunk beds, my 12 and 8 year old complained how small they were, our master bedroom mattress was terribly worn and needs to be replaced bc it has the typical over worn feel and “hole” feeling in middle of it , pillows are cheapest most uncomfortable and only had 5 total pillows for 4 people .. we attemped to get more pillows by contacting hosts/company and no replies from email form, email and phone . We attempted to get assistance and nobody has to this day replied to us from property, we recommend you take your own pillows, your own towels and don’t count on a comfortable mattress ,, I actually don’t recommend staying here bc if any issues you may not get a reply at all

Cute and clean!

When I made the reservation the room says 272 on your site but I recieved a contract for room 221. Your website has it wrong. When I got to the property it took us 30 minutes to get the door open because of the condition of the key and lock. I called the rental company its rented through Ryson and they said they would send someone. No one came that day. We had to wait until the next day for someone to come. It still didn't work right. It was really frustrating to have to keep wiggling the key everytime we needed to open the door. There was no bottom lock at all so we had to keep it dead bolted at all time or the door could be just pushed open. The condo was beautiful and very clean. It has an awesome shower! Elevators were slow and soaking wet from kids in the swimming pool but tolerable. Washer and dryers work good $2 each but can handle a decent load. We would love to go back and hopefully they'll fix that lock! We might try a different unit next time just to see different views. The sidewalk in front of the condos can be dangerous do to the people turning there. The sidewalk is not elevated very much it may be confused for the actual road.
