This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very welcoming, beautifully decorated, nice sitting at work area, great bed and wonderful shower. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful.. it’s like being in your own oasis. breakfast was delightful thank you Jennis and Aastha and staff for a marvelous 5 day stay.

We were there for 4 nights. The staff made it one of the most memorable stays we had anywhere in the world (we both travel a lot globally for both pleasure and business). They were warm, friendly and showed a genuine interest in making us feel welcomed. We were on vacation, but we had packed lots of things into our schedule. The hotel was very near the airport . The staff was fantastic and very helpful . They gave us a welcome juice drink . The room was very clean and spacious. The TV selection was surprisingly good . The breakfast in the morning was a good variety and very tasty . For dinner the restaurant next door was fine . I enjoyed our experience there

There are multiple activities within walking distance - casino, spa, bar, pool. sea, restaurant, shopping mall, etc. The hotel is self contained and enjoyable by family members of different ages. It is affordable compared to other hotels in Colombo. It is new and well maintained. Staff speak English, friendly, and helpful.

Location attached to Colombo City Centre mall for a range of shopping options. Tuk Tuk and taxis easily accessible.

One of the best hotels that my family and I have stayed in. We have used a lot of different hotels throughout the world and Shangri La Colombo ranks one of the best we have stayed in. Magical hotel in the best area of Sri Lanka. Unlike other high end hotels, you really feel like part of the Cinnamon community here. I had wonderful days just staying in the hotel and getting work done in the magnificent lobby while drinking coffee and eating delicious pastries .
