"it was definitely aged, but it was clean and cozy! for the price and what i got i have no complaints and will gladly stay again! it in a poorer neibor hood, but it’s still safe i felt. around lots of food options and walgreens is a 5 minute walk away in case you forget anything for your stay(i did haha). room service everyday is appreciated greatly! it also has AC and heat to adjust the temperature to your liking. workers were very kind. thankyou travel in for a truly amazing trip!"
"We were overbooked at another hotel due to an event in the city, even though we booked well in advance. We were able to get reservations in the middle of the night and were then able to get an early check in. The staff were very friendly, empathetic and understanding. They were able to accommodate us and were very sorry for the situation that we had at another hotel. The beds are very comfortable, it has Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotions on the wall and you use all you need so no need to travel with those items. Plenty of space between bed and window wall and desk/ eating areas. Breakfast is to go with plenty of coffee, bagels/pastries to begin your day. Very nice area 25 minutes away from the city and airport is about 35 minutes away."
"I stayed at the Hyatt House in Oakbrook and had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for both short and extended stays.
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. It had a nice variety of hot and cold options, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. The location is also super convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and highways, but still quiet and peaceful.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and modern place to stay in the Oakbrook area, I definitely recommend the Hyatt House. Would absolutely return!
