Our Eagle Lane home is 1.5 miles from the GTA Owners Club and just 15 minutes from downtown Galena. This home is NOT pet-friendly. Ask us about our Golf Discounts!

Perched on 2 acres with jaw-dropping hilltop views and incredible sunsets, this 5BR/3.5BA home is the perfect getaway for families and groups. Relax and fire up the grill on the deck, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub after a day of exploring.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious main level with a large kitchen island, cozy living room with gas fireplace, and a primary suite featuring a Queen bed, a jetted tub and a walk-in closet. Upstairs offers 3 comfy bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) plus a loft with a 50" Smart TV.
Head downstairs where another Queen bedroom and a hallway bathroom are ready for your guests. This is where all the fun happens - new pool table, poker, 2 TVs, a dry bar, and a classic arcade table with 50+ games. There’s also a fire pit outside with wood ready for your use.

Just minutes from walking trails and Galena Cellars Vineyard, this home gives you space, views, and plenty to do. 2-car garage access included.

You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. This home will provide you with 9 proximity cards. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool with w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Disclaimer: You may not have enough cards for your entire group. Guest passes can be purchased for just $5 a day at the GTA admin office or pool entrance, staying with us grants you access, it may not be free. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due to their closure.

When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment, not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days before check-in. At the 14-day mark, your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. Please note: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking. We ask that this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receipt to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay. Our cancellation policy is not flexible; please review it carefully. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Check-in details are sent to the email address on file three days before your arrival. This includes the home's address, the access code, and other pertinent home/area information. Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival. The check-in details will cover this process.

Perfect location and house for our group!

Our group gathered to celebrate birthdays and 30 years of friendship. We were all wowwed by this house. It’s beautiful and huge! We had more than enough space for the seven of us. Great kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit, ping pong table, and the hot tub. We’d definitely rent this place again!

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and only 1 full bath. 1 bedroom on the main floor and a half bath, and 1 bedroom in the basement. 6 women using one bathroom wasn't the best set up for us but it worked. Exterior of the house really needs painting. Inside was clean. Hot tub was amazing. King bed mattress was too soft. Towels had a musty smell. Management company was great to work with. We will book with them again but likely at a different house.

With only a 15 minute drive to downtown Galena and less than 10 minutes to Eagle Ridge Resort, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our time. The management company was extremely accommodating and allowed us an early check-in, which we appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast two mornings of our stay and dinner one night. We also enjoyed the ping pong table, arcade games, and of course, the hot tub. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again
