Getaway from the city

We enjoyed our getaway. The place was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need for cooking. The theater room was a big hit. We will keep this place in mind next time we visit Galena.

New Years Eve Disaster

Villa was very nice & clean. Air Hockey table and theater seating was a plus for the family.Downfault was the Villa has a whirlpool tub on second floor. When attempting to use on New Years Eve the tub barely filled leaked through to the main floor in kitchen like a rainfall. Called maintenance they said it was a known problem a part was ordered and it would not be able to be fixed. We were never told it was a unworking tub.. This delayed us with our holiday plans as we had a kitchen area we had to mop up while all dressed up for the New Year. The dishwasher also leaked and left a large puddle. .Review form was left explaining situation and no response was communicated from the property owner. I feel we should of been compensated for the unworking whirlpool tub when this was a known problem by owner and never disclosed.prior to our stay

The house was amazing and was in a nice area. Management lacked communication.

I called management 2 hours after leaving the property to inform them that I left a bag behind. Took them over 8 days to get back to me to tell them they never found it. Which means they're cleaning people must have stolen it because it was there. It's disappointing that they did not do more to try to retrieve the bag before the next clients came in. Seemed like they really did not care even though I had expensive items in the bag. They never bothered to check with the cleaning people or go into the house themselves. Just extremely disappointing customer service. It will not use this management again. And I was stressed to other people not to do the same. Which was a shame because I would have come back with my family this fall.

Still good, but has gone downhill

We stayed at the exact same place last year and it has gone downhill. I’m not sure if it’s a different cleaning crew, but it was definitely noticeable. The bathroom sink on the main floor was clogged, the patio door was not locked when we got there. The check out directions at the condo are different than what’s online, etc. I will reach out to the management this week to discuss this more over the phone.

Nice accommodations

This was exactly as described and pictured. The Galena Territories is a most relaxing and beautiful place to vacation. This condo suited our needs perfectly. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. We also ended up supplying our own toilet tissue as very little was supplied. Overall a great place to stay.

Family getaway

The Townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the theater room and air hockey table. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable with lots of extra blanket. The owners clubs passes were a great additional perk so we could enjoy the pool, game room and gym.

Needs new beds

Everything was good except the beds. The mattress on the king bed on the main level was uneven. We could not lay on one side of it without feeling like we were going to fall off. I heard from the other occupants the other beds were very uncomfortable. The pull outs in the basement were extremely uncomfortable due to the thin mattresses.
