「My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.」

「This is my second time staying in this hotel and from now on I will stay here always, the hotel is confortable, the food amazing, the staff is the best part. I really feel welcome every time. Thank you for make me feel safe and attended.」

「Excellent location, helpful staff. Breakfast reasonably okay. Rooms clean but bed linen needs cleaned and updated」

「I really enjoyed my stay; I will definitely stay here again when I return.」

The F&B staff and Housekeeping team especially the housekeeping manager are all amazing, extremely polite, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond, thank you for this, you are the reason I came back a second time and you proved you are consistent. The front office, finance and reservations teams on the other hand need...

「Absolute joke of a hotel. Insisted I make a payment again. After I booked the hotel. Spent an hour at reception, would not accept my booking as they haven’t received the booking from hotels.com」

「Great hotel! Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay.」

「Everything is good. Breakfast make more better.」

「Owner was very helpful in helping make room choices」
