"We had a wonderful time at this location. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Food was great. Just on snag at the breakfast was the indifference of the supporting staff. Getting regular tea bags became such a big problem. One minor issue was the bathroom door lock. You could not lock it and if you did you couldn’t unlock it. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel strongly."

"Avoid this place. I booked 10 days for my wife, when she arrived an old man “the owner” said we don’t take any online bookings, pay 8000rs cash now. The guy was very rude. I had to contact Expedia for my money, Expedia then gave me a replacement hotel. The owner works there and it’s not a hotel, it’s a restaurant with some nasty old rooms. Avoid it at all cost!"

"The hotel was clean breakfast was good but the main thing was the helpfulness and attention given by the hotel staff. They were amazing. Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags!
