The garage is shared with an office in the back of the house.



Also please note that there are legacy security cameras located on the exterior of the villa (at entry points and perimeter walls). These units have been disconnected for over 10 years and are strictly non-functional. They are maintained solely as a visual deterrent for property security. These cameras face the street and the car parking area only.



When making your reservation, please put the correct number of guests, each guest extra after 4 guests has an extra cost of 65€ per night per person.



Tourist tax to be paid at check-in: €2 for guests 13 years or older, up to a maximum of €14 per guest. Starts on October 1st, 2024
