"We enjoyed our stay here overall. Bathrooms were very clean, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to watch the sunset and swallows swooping about. It is fairly easy to park on the surrounding streets but don’t drive to the property itself if you have a big car as you could get stuck. "We selected this location based on the reviews and description on the Internet. The location was perfect in that they were centrally located. We had a slight problem with the room but Elena and Martina stepped in and upgraded our room, going above snd beyond to rectify the issue. It was absolutely wonderful and greatly appreciated The wait and bar staff were absolutely exceptional. They were very friendly as well as professional. "The property & staff were 5 star. The only areas that fell a little short of the top rating were the bed a bit too firm, & the buffet breakfast was not as plentiful in selection as some other Italian hotels we'd stayed in. However the cooked items at breakfast were excellent."

"If we could have given this hotel 10 stars we would have. It is an amazing place. From the second you arrive, they make you feel so special and welcome. The rooms, facilities, pool areas, restaurants are all so beautiful and well maintained. And most importantly, the staff are all so incredibly nice and welcoming. They all made it a point to introduce themselves and say hello to us (including my 2 year old) every time they saw us. It's a special place."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Hotel San Michele. Our room was big, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for our family of four. The beds were comfy for a great night's sleep, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was great too, with lots of variety to start the day. The outdoor pool was clean, well looked after, and a perfect spot to relax and cool off after spending the day exploring nearby Martina Franca. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the historic centre and very easy to get around on foot. The flat, well-kept paths made it simple to use a buggy or pushchair, which was a big plus for us as a family. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."
