Free and secure parking was available. Breakfast was quite adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent; it was within walking distance of the city center. We left the car at the hotel and explored everywhere on foot. We didn't have much time, so we didn't get a chance to experience the spa and pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is clean and modern and within walking distance of the historic center. It was also very convenient to have parking just a few feet away as it can be challenging to find a spot in the city. Front desk staff was very welcoming and always ready to help.

Nice hotel, slightly out of the old town but only a 10/15 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful especially Maria when booking bus tickets to Alberobello. Breakfast was excellent.

In walking distance of the main sights and plenty of dining options. We were travelling off season so practically had the hotel to ourselves but that didn’t stop them stocking a lovely breakfast buffet in the morning. This amazing hotel has a great location over looking the white city of ostuni. We had a lovely experience and stay in this outstanding place. This property was conveniently located to the historic center of Ostuni. They had parking available very close by. The staff was very accommodating. This hotel and spa were fantastic. The staff is very friendly. We had dinner upstairs on the roof top deck. The food was amazing. Simple and so tasty. I had a facial and a massage. Probably the best I have had in a very long time Location is terrific. Just steps away from the city center.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even though it’s not located right in the historic center, it’s just a 10-minute walk away, which makes it very convenient. What truly stood out was the amazing service — the staff went above and beyond. I accidentally left something behind, and they were kind enough to arrange to send it to my next hotel in another city. I’m so grateful for their kindness and attention. Highly recommended!

Outstanding! The staff at this hotel are extremely service oriented and friendly. They helped us book a tuk tuk to go pick up our bikes and let us store our bags for the day as we arrived early. When we returned at check in time, our bags had already been taken up to our room. Other compliments - bike storage, easy parking very close to the hotel, an outstanding breakfast, and a wonderful roof top restaurant and bar with a great view of the old city.

The staff could not be nicer, The room had an issue when I arrived (smoke from previous occupants)and they sorted the problem immediately with an upgrade. The value is very good as the location is excellent. It is outside the old town but that surprisingly is lovely as the old town was so busy. The only negative is the food. Breakfast has a huge choice but quality poor. Under ripe fruit, orange juice from concentrate, it would be better to reduce options but serve better quality food. Dining hall uncomfortably hot, No air conditioning except one standing fan in a very large room.
