「The staff was unhelpful. The mattress was nothing but a bunch of squeaky coils that was soooo uncomfortable.The bedding had what looked like bodily fluid stains and the blankets were so thin like they were curtains. Several lighting fixtures and outlets did not work. The TV was extremely blue color and dark- attempts to adjust was useless. The breakfast was gross,the selection was minimal and second rate . the plates barely fit 1 quarter of a waffle, the coffee was watered down and the...

「The room was not ready at 3 but that was okay. However, the ADA bathroom rail was mounted behind the toilet. That is NO help for someone in a wheelchair. They are not exactly alone. The handicap rooms in so many places are ridiculous. Alos, someone needs to readdress what a handicapped parking space looks like. That is a national issue so not their fault. I would probably stay there again but would hope they had a different handicap room.」

「The hot water is absolutely scalding temperature, and will not be combined with cold at all, please check the shower after I'm gone, and these beds look new but my back is wrecked after staying here. There was no chair in the room at all so all I had to sit on one of these really hard beds. I will not stay here again because of this. I asked for a chair, went to the office and specifically asked for one. Saw several inside the former pool area. No one ever said a word to me about it. So I'm...
