Great hotel and location

APA hotels are great. Staff is always on point, and the rooms, while tiny, are very functional and clean. It's a great location, super close to the JR station (2 stops from the airport) and also close to Dacomecca for tasty breakfasts. One can hardly complain :D

It's a walkable distance from Hakata station (10-15min). Sound proof isn't that good if people talk along the corridor. Other than that, all was quiet. Staff will assist you check in thro a machine. Check out was much easier. There's 2 supermarkets within walking distance (abt 10-15min). The mattress wasn't that comfortable. It is like concave in and can feel the bottom. I had to sleep near the edge of the mattress to support my body. Pillow is flat but not too flat for me. I don't know what time they start cleaning on 2nd floor. Just know that cleaner will prepare around 10am. Once, I came back at 2pm. Most of the room doors were still open, indicating cleaning was still in progress.

Very weird cleaning sched

It was very uncomfortable when maid knock on my door on friday morning for 4times for cleaning when i said i dont need cleaning in my room. Thursday morning and friday morning they entered my room without checking with me first. There was no “do not disturb” sign that i could use as well

Storing luggage issue

I suggest hotel to consider allowing customers to store luggage for a few days if they have a short trip in the middle . The hotel just keep the luggage for 1 day but I gave a 3-day trip to Yufuin and Beppu. I will check in the same hotel after the trip. But hotel policy does not allow the staff the serve my need. It is troublesome for me to store the luggage at Hakata station. Then take the luggage to the hotel and recheck in again after the trip. Actually I don't mind pay extra fare for keeping the luggage . Please consider my suggestions . This may help encourage the customers to stay at the hotel after the short trip in the middle. Thank you

立地条件は駅近でよいが、部屋がランドリー室の隣だった為、夜中ずっと洗濯機の音が煩くて寝れなかった。朝食の部屋も狭く、待たないと入れなかった。朝はその後の予定もあり急いでいるため困った。スタッフは丁寧で優しくとてもよかった。
