We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I will mention is the AC was not very powerful and it got warm in our room easily. But other than that, the amenities were fantastic, the staff were friendly and the property was organized and clean.

Breakfast needed a bit to be desired The restaurant is no where near big enough to cope with the number of people and the reservation system left long queues Also no orange juice on second day Dinner was fully booked by advance coach parties so went to a local Japanese restaurant 5 min walk away It was excellent and a lot cheaper than the hotel

The hotel was very clean! The food, breakfast and dinner was extraordinarily delicious. And the onsen was extremely relaxing! They also offer spa services, a masseuse that will come directly to your room! And the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. What a great relaxing time!

Unfortunately, most of the amenities offered in room were not available. The room had a great view of Mt. Fuji but the booking was for 3 people and we had one small bed. The only amenities was the public onsen- which we did not need. We checked out within an hour of check in to another hotel.

Very good location, it’s right in front of a bus stop that takes you to the main spots and a 6 min walk from the train station. Hotel was very clean and the Onsen was lovely, very calming. You don’t need to cover your tattoos, so this is a great spot if do have them!

Room was nice and cozy. Staff was lovely. She made recommendations on the restaurants and even called the restaurants to make recommendations. The hotel and the most amazing onsen with Mt Fuji view. Definitely check it out!
