「ホテルから出て目の前がビーチなので、とても良かった。食事はハーフボードで申し込んだので夜も毎回お料理が変わり飽きる事なく美味しい料理を食べる事が出来た。お寿司とお味噌汁のある日もあって最高だった。残念な事は部屋の掃除。アメニティのコットン等も初日だけしかなく、水も買わなきゃいけない。タオルも置いてくれて無かった等色々… それ以外は最高でした。」

「Beautiful receptionist Zana looked after me. Room was perfect and seemed a great quiet location until the noise of an adjacent Irish pub , changed all that, after dark」

「Hotel vraiment agréable malgré sa grandeur. Grande chambre, très confortable, balcon (avions la vue sur l'océan). Deux belles piscines (une chaude et une fraîche ). Proche de la grande et magnifique plage. Repas variés sur une jolie terrasse (la salle de restaurant pourrait être plus agréable). Parking facile dans la rue.」

「This was my 5th visit to this hotel since 2017. Staff on reception (especially Bea and Joni) are very kind and helpful and the restaurant and room cleaning staff are also nice to interact with. Buffett breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety and room was clean and well equipped. Hotel location was right next to the beach and there are plenty of local transport options to other parts of the island. Overall I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend to families and couples.」

「sehr freundlches Personal, kleiner Teil etwas unbeholfen aber bemüht Zimmer sehr geräumig, Wanne auf der Terrasse technisch nicht OK Alles sehr sauber und fortlafend gereinigt Buffet gute Auswahl, alles frisch und qualitativ OK Restaurantauswahl gut als "Royal" besondere Auswahl undf Pool mit 28 Grad und Süßwasser Ortstypische Abnutzung durch Ganzjahresbetrieb (Fassade könnte mal gestrichen werden) - Kanaren typisch Umgebung erfordert kein Auto - alles vorhanden Strand...
