Sea view suite was excellent and was the primary reason for booking this hotel. Food was fine and alwsys managed to find something to eat. Food not roasting but no issues unless you pile your plate high. Staff are perpetual motion. Downsides to hotel is a real lack of a social area with any atmosphere or ambience. Outside terrace just ful of people smoking and vaping so not for us, unfortunately this was where the entertainment was. Bar inside has seats all facing the bar in rows and again lacked any atmosphere although staff very friendly. For our stay have to say a very quiet and laid back holiday. Linited Brits on the @#*& and latest noise was around 12. My view is a great suite in an ok hotel. I think if they refined the offering for social areas and ambience this would be a really great place to stay. Location exceptional just needs the hotel chain to put some thought and care into polishing up this hotel. Taxi from airport 15 euros each way so wouldn't shell out for transfer etc as you can ne at hotel really quickly yo avoid check in queue.

We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect -close to the airport and just by the beach. The only disadvantage was the lack of outside kids play area as well as the kids entertainment at night was very short. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.

Die Hotelanlage war grundsätzlich ganz schön, allerdings auch renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders das Spa& Sportangebot war sehr mau! Der Pool löst sich langsam auf! Das Essen war ok, allerdings sehr eintönig & stark auf die britischen Gäste ausgerichtet! Das Personal war bemüht& fast ausschließlich freundlich!

Room was a good size with a tub. The spa had an offer on which was good whilst we were waiting to leave for the airport. Breakfast was adequate, the quality was budget, and a limited selection compared with the hotel ratings. Parking outside the hotel is very easy and plentiful. There is a great fish restaurant right outside the hotel and a number of other restaurants a short walk, the food in El Patio was very good.

This is our third visit and each time stayed in a Seaview Suite - huge terrace/balcony overlooking the bay, very impressed. In all apartments stayed in - the bathroom sinks, the plugs do not hold the water - a bit annoying. We stayed B&B and each occasion selection of food excellent, if a little tepid at times.

Nice hotel, beachfront location, easy walk to shops etc. Average food. Mis-sold room. Paid extra for sea view suite but given a side sea view room. Complained and customer service was non existent. Don’t pay extra for a sea view room which should actually be clearly stated as lateral or side sea view. Disappointed with marketing / hotel website. That aside hotel was ok.

This was our 2nd visit and we just love it. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms also very spacious and well equipped. Plenty of wardrobe storage. Would be nice to have some tea and coffee in the rooms. Breakfast choices are very good. Coffee machines can be a bit temperamental but I guess they get a lot of use. Pool areas are great tool. Location is great too - lots of easy walking options. The staff we met were all lovely and very helpful. We will be back. All in all a very good holiday destination and great value for money.

It would great to have just a few sachets of tea / coffee in the rooms for that early morning cuppa watching the sun come up. Just back from our 3rd visit and that’s my only teeny grumble.

We stayed in a suite with a large balcony and magnificent sea view. Food was as to be expected for 4*, although entertainment a bit lacking. However, we were let down by reception on arrival who failed to contact us when our room was ready (as promised) and then failed to order our taxi (as confirmed) when we departed.

Wo fange ich nur an…. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es hat genug Freiraum und Platz. Die Putzfrau jedoch kam immer um unterschiedliche Zeiten um unser Zimmer zu reinigen. Das Geschirr hat sie nie mitgenommen oder sauberes hinterlassen (keine Seife kein Schwamm keine Abwaschmaschine). Das Buffet im All Inclusive Hotel war mässig. Die Auswahl ist nicht gross und nach einigen Tagen möchte man nicht mehr dort essen. Der Service dort war ganz okey. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schlecht für so ein Hotel. Es hat nur ein Raum mit Pool und 4 „Sauna-Bereiche“ 1 von denen Bereich war Kaputt. Die Massage ist auch sehr schlecht. Ich zahlte für eine Relax-Massage 50Minuten und er streichelte nur den Körper ohne richtige Massage. Ich habe danach gesagt, er soll härter drücke, aber die Zeit würde verkürzt werden. Die Anlage des Hotels war im nirgendwo und ohne ein Auto ist es schwierig zu reisen und entdecken. Das Aktivitätsprogramm ist auch schlecht. Wir wollten an einem musikquizabend mitmachen, aber die Lautsprecher Anlage funktionierte nicht. Im gesamten ist diese Unterkunft für Senioren gedacht. Es hat nur alte Menschen und Familien, vorallem Deutsche und Engländer

The staff available were lovely. The problem is that there just weren’t enough staff. Queuing at the bar and during dining took far too long. Although there are 4 coffee machines, at most only 2 were working at any one time. The drink quality is quite poor-soft drinks were watered down and the AI cocktails were terrible from a machine. Unfortunately the pool area isn’t patrolled and customers are allowed to keep towels on sun loungers meaning that the area is often empty without people but full of towels, not so good for ambience or those wanting to use the area. In addition, the parasols are mostly broken. On the plus side, we did find that the hotel and room were very clean.

Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden und würden das Hotel wieder besuchen. Positiv: - genügend Platz an den mehreren Pools - saubere und geräumige Zimmer - sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal - Rezeption immer besetzt - unweit der "Stadt" - direkt am Strand Negativ: - Speisesaal: -- Tische im Speisesaal wurden oft ewig nicht abgeräumt, was die Platzsuche erschwerte --> dadurch wurden Essensreste im Außenbereich oft von Tauben angeknabbert und über den Tisch verteilt -- ziemlich kleine Gläser, sodass die Leute auf die Bierkrüge zurückfielen, welche nach ein paar Minuten nach Öffnung alle weg waren. -- Speiseauswahl ziemlich eingängig --> wir haben aber jeden Tag etwas gefunden -- oft sind Speisen nicht beschrieben --> z.B. steht an den Pommes ein Schild dran und an anderen Gerichten, welche man nicht direkt einordnen kann, nicht. - teilweise sind die Gänge nicht, oder erst spät ausgeschildert --> den Weg zum Pool mussten wir erst einmal suchen - ab ungefähr 22 Uhr gibt es keine Abendunterhaltung mehr (man kann aber noch in die Bar gehen, oder was spielen) - ab 23.30 Uhr war die Bar komplett geschlossen - manche Unterhaltungsangebote der Animation kann man nur wahrnehmen, wenn man pünktlich auf die eine Animateurin zugeht. Vergisst man es, wird man teilweise nicht daran erinnert, wie man es aus anderen Hotels kennt (jemand geht herum und fragt, ob man mitmachen möchte) Viele Punkte scheinen für manche Kleinigkeiten zu sein, sind uns aber negativ aufgefallen.

Rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast was the normal buffet style, a bit hit and miss on the hotness of the food,depending on what time you go in. Good selection. No comment on evening buffet as did not use.

Soggiorno di una settimana con amici per vacanza di piacere. La struttura è ottima anche se personalmente ci sono alcune caratteristiche che non mi hanno fatto impazzire. Il bagno della junior suite è suddiviso in due sezioni che dividono: doccia/vasca, da water e bidet ... inutile a mio avviso. Nel bagno non ci sono finestre e o ventole e nella camera matrimoniale poca illuminazione. Ampio balconcino ma poco riparato, attenzione perciò ad eventuali bambini piccoli. Il condizionatore se usato per lunghe ore durante il giorno inizia a gocciolare in modo importante e non sembra precoccupare lo staff. Il Wifi è pessimo e questa è una grossa pecca. A livello estetico è tutto molto soggettivo, per il mio gusto lo giudico in una scala da 1 a 10 con voto 8. Altra grande pecca a mio avviso, la sala da pranzo/cena ricorda sinistramente la mensa di una grande azienda. Di aiuta un clima di relax. Il buffet è vario ma non ben fornito ed il cibo non è straordinario. Non vorrei essere troppo rigido, ma forse penso che le 4 stelle siano un filo eccessive. Soggiorno positivo e consiglierei questo hotel per la vicinanza all'aeroporto o per provarlo in occasioni di ottime offerte o vicinanza a luoghi di particola interesse. Personalmente se avrò altre occasioni per altre strutture, non tornerei in questo hotel.

We liked that the hotel never felt too packed. There was always plenty of space in the dining area and around the pool even though there were a lot of people staying there. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was great. Right on the beach, close to town and only about 10 minutes transfer time from the airport.

The Junior Suite was a great option with large rooms, sitting area, balcony kitchen and very spacious bathroom. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed on a daily basis too. Meals were of a good standard if a little samey and the dining area was clean and well staffed. There was a spa, a gymnasium and there was entertainment on every other night. The pools of which there are 3 were all clean as were the surrounding areas and there was a lifeguard on duty every day. There were ample sunbeds but a distinct lack of parasols making getting out the sun a problem when the pool was busier. The hotel is right on the beach and there are lots of sunbeds for hire there at reasonable rates. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would certainly consider returning in the future.

Los aires acondicionados apenas tienen potencia, hacía más calor en la habitación que en la calle y por las noches era horroroso. El servicio de limpieza muy mediocre y el personal de limpieza muy desagradable e impertinente
