This space has dual-aspect windows letting plenty of light in, including double doors leading outside. Head up the wooden stairs to reach a spacious living and bedroom area in the eves. Here you’ll have another comfy sofa, a Smart TV and a Juliet balcony for soaking in those countryside and water views. The space also features a double bed and an indulgent bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower. Outside, the private enclosed garden is a haven for relaxation. Sip your morning coffee on the patio or sizzle up a BBQ, surrounded by a charming lawn where your furry friends can roam freely.
The village itself has a lovely pub (300 metres) serving traditional food and ales – a real plus for when you don’t feel like cooking. At Kirby Jetty (0.5 miles) you can enjoy a refreshing swim at high tide. Wander down the quaint Victorian high street at Frinton-on-Sea, lined with independent shops and cafés, or learn about local history at Walton Maritime Museum (2.5 miles). You could also take a boat trip from Titchmarsh Marina to explore the local backwaters and, if you’re lucky, spot some resident seals.
