"The room was very clean, the front of house staff was friendly and accommodating and the amenities were well-maintained. "

Room was clean enough but not as advertised in photos for room I thought I had booked. It is also right beside the highway and the noise impact is significant in the front facing rooms. "

"The staff was very friendly,and the room was very well maintained. I found it to be a huge problem that they did not have stairs available and guests could only use the elevators. There was a concert and everyone got back to the hotel at the same time. Two of the three elevators broke so we were stuck waiting in a huge line. The staff did take groups up via the service elevator but it would have been more convenient to let people take the stairs. To be clear there were emergency stairs, but guests weren't offered their use. "
