「The staff of the house and the taxi drivers are very friendly. The appartment is not brandnew, but some 10 years old. Everywhere motorcycles and quads, very loud. Nice beach with rocks and stones.」

Supermarket close by and extremely affordable You need a car but the space within the Villa makes up for it.The kitchen was well equipped and the large fridge and freezer made our stay easier with drinks and ice pops」

「As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants.」

「The property was a 10 minute walk from a small town area but definitely not the most touristy area. There were supermarkets and restaurants and we had some excellent meals out. The beaches nearby were small and incredibly busy from very early so we went further afield. Ayia Napa was only a 20 minute drive with fabulous beaches,shopping, restaurants and a water park. We had some issues with the water supply in the villa which were frustrating and the outside area was quite small but it was clean...

「The property was very clean and looked just as the pictures online. It had a lovely outdoor area which had the sun for most of the day, although as it was late in the year (Oct/Nov) the sun went down quite early. We didn’t use the pool as it was very cold, it was much warmer in the sea. We self catered a fair bit and although the property had all the appliances you could want, we felt these could have been of a better quality considering the rental price of the property.
