Mamie, please be honest as you didn’t check in to Ishmajoso Lodge. You did not show up and you requested a refund from Expidia. Expidia contacted me and I told them you did not show up and therefore it is not fair for you to write a review about us.

Sorry you say your experience was not good. It will have been better if you can let us know what was not good. You stay for over weeks, and you didn’t let us know what you were not happy with. Only hope you cold had let us know when you were there to make your experience better

Hi Paa,Sorry for your experience. We fumigated the entire house - Lodge every 3 months for flies and Cockroaches and the chemical used in fumigation do not smell good. We will try and Fumugate rooms that are empty in the future. Thank you for the good words about the Lodge.

On reflection they went beyond to help you with things that were not their job. example, doing food shopping for you, cleaning your shoes. The staff were been helpful but this made professional boundaries very informal. We have however learn a lot from you stay and thank you for staying with us for 3 months

Latara, you only mention all this after you had stayed for four days and you requested further discount you told us your relatives had provided you accommodation and if we don’t give you the discounts you will check out. We declined you request and you checked out and you have not paid us completely up to now. I will leave the readers to make their own judgement taking into consideration all the other reviews we have over the years accepting responsibility that at times our standards my not reach what we desire but this is an exception not a norm

We are aware who this guest is, if you know you are honest why should you send an anonymous review? If your room was so dirty on arrival and you had not paid in advance, why did you stay? Any reasonable guest would have just said, I am leaving and they won’t stay. If the service or facilities were not good, why did you continue to stay for 2 weeks and paid us at the end of the stay. Sorry if you are disappointed but I will leave the public to read your review and our response and make their own judgement.
