The space
This newly renovated one bedroom features an open floor plan with a beautiful granite top kitchen that leads to the living room with a 50' smart tv and a beautifully rustic handmade wooden table. Free Wi-fi is also available for all your Netflix binging or business needs. The perfectly lit bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer with laundry basket and can be accessed from the living room or bedroom. The bedroom holds a comfy pillow top queen bed, his and hers closet with shelves and hangers and an a/c split unit that you can adjust to your liking.

It's 15 - 20 minute walk to the beach and a 15 - 20 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. A rental car is also available for an additional fee of $50 a day or $250 for the week. Parking is available right in the driveway in front of the two car garage.c
