    Fully renovated ,Spacious - 1600 sq ft ,2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with additional 300 sq ft of 2 Balcony's ,first floor and second floor ,overlooking canal and ocean
    Great Amenities - Pool, Canal, Beach,
    High Speed internet, Wi-Fi, 3 TV's .
    Gated community, parking available, Smart Lock Technology
    Centrally Located - less than 10 minutes away from airport.
    - 5 minutes away from shops and restaurants
    - 2 minutes to beach

    You will have full access to my home. Grand Bahama is beautiful, safe, and family friendly. There are many many white sandy beaches. There is a pool on the side of the condo. There are local shops, restaurants, and spas all centrally located and waiting on you.
    Dock your Boats if need it , is a charge $60 Canadian money per night, this dock do not have outlet power.Other things to note
    No pets allowed
    No infant children allowed
    Area is very quiet and relaxing
